To control cost and expense most juice bars are not promoting USDA Organic produces in their business and establishments claimed to be Organic made juice to be difficult to affordable and forced consumers to replace a meal instead. As consumers are more educated about benefits of juice from plant based diet with help of information over Internet, few simple menu can not satisfy consumers wanted recipes for their juice blending.

Slow Fresh Juicer

'Slow Fresh' serve Slow juice with NSF/ETL/FDA certified commercial Cold-Process low RPM speed masticating juicer. Masticating juicers make use of gears instead of blades and grind food instead of slicing it when centrifugal juicers have one blade which rotates at a high speed to slice and dice food, allowing the juices to flow free. Cold process slower but protects and preserves vitamins and enzymes of nutrients and taste better.

Slow Fresh Blender

'Slow Fresh' use  NSF/ETL/FDA certified commercial  'Vacuum Blender' which removes 90% air from container and allow Fresh smoothie. When built-in pump sucks out air, reduce oxidation and the loss of nutrients by preserving the colors, flavors, and keeps the nutrients close to nature. 

Slow Fresh Produces

'Slow Fresh' is not a USDA Certified Organic Juice Bar (100% Organic). In order to meet general consumer's demand to be affordable, USDA certified and locally available products are co-used to provide freshest quality and competitive price. 'Slow Fresh' standard is to use USDA Certified for 'Dirty Dozen' - 12 foods with the most pesticides, and local produce for 'Clean 15' - least pesticides, identified by EWG. The Environmental Working Group (EWG) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to protecting health and the environment.
