We prefer to use fresh local market produces over aged USDA organic produces when they are not achievable. Fruits and vegetables known as 'Clean 15' are from local markets but produces known as 'The Dirty Dozen' are will be USDA Certified Organics unless not available from market or under sudden price crisis.
